Dutch Content Manager

Highlight Media Group (HLM) is one of the world’s most important players in several online lifestyle, entertainment, and consumer segments. Our core business is search engine positioning and online lead generation; we are also a large provider of quality web content and functionality. HLM own and operate some of the largest and most qualitative online gambling guides in the world.

Reporting to the Head of Content, the main responsibilities are:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver upon the content orders – Liaising with the SEO team and Account Managers to deliver the content demands.
  • Investigate and suggest content strategy to improve traffic and leads.
  • SEO work – In compliance with SEO team, conducting onsite optimizations on sites of responsibility.
  • Working hands-on with the onsite content to increase the UX and SEO value.
  • Decreasing amount of onsite errors to improve the sites performance.
  • Running offsite marketing projects with the main goal to increase organic search traffic and leads.
  • Be fully responsible for the onsite content of your sites.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch language skills
  • Excellent writing, communication skills ; Journalistic/Freelance Content experience
  • Online marketing experience
  • Quick study
  • Creative mind-set with strong determination to succeed
  • Enthusiastic personality, with a can-do attitude
  • Team player

UX/UI Designer

As a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer, you will be part of the Design team within a dynamic and growing Tech team.  We take pride and passion to deliver outstanding products.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and cohesive experiences that identify and anticipate what our user needs and any bottle necks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including CRO specialist and other designers to tackle complex challenges and build intuitive experiences that make life easier.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, visual design and prototypes.
  • Be part of a dynamic design team with a mission to create a distinctive experience to our users.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Creating brands visual identity from mood board, sketches to final.
  • Design creatives for various new and existing branded websites.
  • Design material for internal presentations and emails.
  • Prepare marketing banners.
  • Perform banner resizes and any visual element needed.
  • Be part of a dynamic design team with a mission to create a distinctive experience to our users.

  • Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Knowledge in Adobe effects and Premier is considered an asset.

  • Someone who is eager to learn new design skills and who is constantly keeping up to design trends.
