Wordpress Developer

Reporting to the Project Lead for Sportsbetting, the main responsibilities are:

  • Create, develop and maintain company websites technologies such as WordPress, PHP, Git (gitlab or similar), SASS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,
  • Focus on Sportsbetting projects
  • Analyse and resolve technical issues
  • Focus on innovation and generating fresh ideas
  • Deliver solutions to agreed budgets and timeframes, providing regular status updates

Experience: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in web development
  • WordPress
  • PHP, Git, SASS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Senior Systems Administrator

Reporting to the CTO, the main responsibilities are:

  • Setting up tools and automation for HLM environment
  • Pro-actively monitor and audit the health and availability of systems
  • Work closely with development teams for projects requirements and troubleshooting
  • Perform capacity planning for a rapidly growing productions environment
  • Act as a point of reference for the rest of the team members
  • Test new cloud based and locally hosted technologies to improve scalability and facilitate operations
  • Perform risk analysis exercises on the several systems and provide solutions how risk can be reduced
  • Build documentation for key systems and services
  • Own the backup and recovery planning and testing process
  • Works under minimal supervision
  • Have an eye for the detail

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experienced in network, database and security administration.
  • 5 yrs proven experience with Linux OS (CentOS / Ubuntu) system administration
  • Fluent with version control systems such as Git
  • Ninja in Continuous integration products such as Jenkins and other orchestration tools
  • Fluent with MySQL / Mongo database maintenance and tuning
  • Masters Nginx and / or Apache web servers
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization (Docker)
  • Superb time management skill and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Cacti etc)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Be a team player

Senior SEO Manager

Reporting to the Head of SEO, the main responsibilities are:

Monitor and grow organic traffic of our existing assets, with constant audits, suggestions and improvements while mitigating risks. This role also implies helping and coaching other shareholders about the importance of the SEO together with the latest Google updates.

Daily Tasks

  • Setting the products onsite/offsite SEO strategies per market of responsibility
  • Optimize sites (Copy/Landing pages) for different search engines
  • Analyze web traffic
  • Plan and follow-up of traffic- and marketing acquisition initiatives
  • Creating and maintaining Keyword lists
  • Contribute to secure the quality of traffic acquisition
  • Penalization risk management
  • Contributor within areas of strategy, business planning and business development
  • Securing the company’s competitiveness within SEO and traffic acquisition methods
  • Contribute to the development of support tools for traffic acquisition and SEO
  • Knowledge transfer cross markets and products
  • Work with different shareholders to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly or past developed code
  • Include what a good content manager should be doing every day in order to fulfill his/her role

Experience/qualifications/skills necessary for entry into this job.

  • Minimum of 3-years experience in SEO
  • Great attitude and ambition to grow
  • A good understanding of Google algorithm changes, risks and mitigation of risks
  • Experience with some SEO tools such as Majestic, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and a basic understanding of content management systems
  • Initiative taking and hard working with a strong determination to succeed
  • Result, quality and detail oriented
  • Team player with project management skills
  • Good skills in the office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excel – Working with big data volumes, pivot/filtered tables

Design Team Lead

As a Design Team Lead, you will be part of a dynamic and growing Tech team, leading a team of talented Visual and UX Designers and execute the design strategy.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Set targets for the Design Team, monitor team performance and liaise with the CTO
  • Act as a point of reference and provide leadership and mentorship for team
  • Plan and Execute the design strategy
  • Own the product design lifecycle, from requirements collection till product launch
  • Liaise with product owners and stakeholder presenting ideas, improvements, and other discussions
  • Work closely with the development teams to prepare prototypes
  • Cultivate an open, collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Develop the overall look and feel of any publication such as advertising campaigns, websites, banners, and animation
  • Be able to work on own initiative and prioritize depending on business needs

Qualifications

  • Have previous Design experience (5 years+) preferably backed up by academic certifications

  • Experience in A/B Testing

QA Analyst

As a QA Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic and growing Tech team, helping different development teams to deliver business needs and avoid bugs from getting into the production environment.

Reporting to the CTO your duties and responsibilities are:

  • Build Test Plans and Strategies new projects
  • Work together with the developers (Frontends and Backends) and plan test cases
  • Own the test case cycle: Design, create, execute
  • Update tickets with test reports and findings
  • Be able to work on own initiative and prioritize depending on business needs

Qualifications

  • Acquainted with Agile development models.
  • Have previous QA experience (2years+).
  • Proficient in regression, functional, exploratory and acceptance testing
  • Experience in testing both the Presentation (User interface) and Business (APIs) Layers
  • Familiar with Test Automation Tools (such as Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI etc)
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Have used issue tracking systems such as Jira or Youtrack
  • Eager to learn new technologies and techniques
  • Knowledge of Silverstripe / WordPress / PHP / React / Vue will be considered an asset
