Senior SEO Manager

Reporting to the Head of SEO, the main responsibilities are:

Monitor and grow organic traffic of our existing assets, with constant audits, suggestions and improvements while mitigating risks. This role also implies helping and coaching other shareholders about the importance of the SEO together with the latest Google updates.

Daily Tasks

  • Setting the products onsite/offsite SEO strategies per market of responsibility
  • Optimize sites (Copy/Landing pages) for different search engines
  • Analyze web traffic
  • Plan and follow-up of traffic- and marketing acquisition initiatives
  • Creating and maintaining Keyword lists
  • Contribute to secure the quality of traffic acquisition
  • Penalization risk management
  • Contributor within areas of strategy, business planning and business development
  • Securing the company’s competitiveness within SEO and traffic acquisition methods
  • Contribute to the development of support tools for traffic acquisition and SEO
  • Knowledge transfer cross markets and products

Experience/qualifications/skills necessary for entry into this job.

  • Minimum of 3-years experience in SEO
  • Great attitude and ambition to grow

As a QA Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic and growing Tech team, helping different development teams to deliver business needs and avoid bugs from getting into the production environment.

Reporting to the CTO your duties and responsibilities are:

  • Build Test Plans and Strategies new projects
  • Work together with the developers (Frontends and Backends) and plan test cases
  • Own the test case cycle: Design, create, execute
  • Update tickets with test reports and findings
  • Be able to work on own initiative and prioritize depending on business needs

Qualifications

  • Acquainted with Agile development models.
  • Have previous QA experience (2years+).
  • Proficient in regression, functional, exploratory and acceptance testing

Job Description

As a Business Controller, you will:

  • Be based in our new modern premises in Sliema Malta, where you will work very closely with the Executive Management and the CEO to develop the business and producing decision material to the Board of Directors.Add value by providing critical financial and operational analysis, with the aim of supporting improved business performance in an efficient and effective way. This role has to be responsive to change, proactively anticipating data, insights and analytics to help the business to make the right data driven decisions
  • Be responsible for providing budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting for effective business decision support
  • Report directly to the Financial Controller, heading the Business Intelligence (BI) team of 4 individuals, providing an effective link between accounts, BI teams and operations

Responsibilities and Duties

Business analysis and Management Reporting

  • Support management by providing pro-active analysis commentary and value-adding insight on trends and variances, including finance insights and revenue business drivers
  • Analyze and challenge business performance based on the financial data. Provide insight to support recommendations for improvement or change.
  • Monthly performance analysis, broken down by product and markets and reported to management and product owners
  • Report to Group management information needed to enable the drafting of the quarterly and annual reports, published on the stock exchange.
  • Demonstrate high level of expertise in running enquiries and reporting from BI tools and associated financial reporting tools. Working largely independently, assist with support for, and co-ordination with accounts and BI team in maintaining and developing the standard suite of financial reports.
  • Participate and support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements for specific business initiatives that may arise from time to time. This may include monitoring and analysis of performance improvement initiatives, restructuring programs, cost savings and indirect spend analysis.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Planning and managing the annual budget cycle with the budget owners
  • Use forecasting tools to develop scenario analysis and identify trends in advance
  • Own forecast commentaries that provide insight and proposed action plans to the business
  • Provide and own the financials underpinning the forecasts and strategic plan

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a data analyst and/or controller role, preferably within a large and complex international organization
  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or related area; alternatively, a degree in Business Intelligence Systems and Data Mining or related area
  • Business skills: ability to contribute to overall business strategy and to support management team to achieve strategic goals
  • Experience from team leading and staff responsibility is considered as an asset.
  • System knowledge: Excel (advanced /professional level), PowerPoint, BI tools
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Flexible and willing to travel as and when required (potentially up to 10%)

As a Revenue Analyst, you will:

  • Be based in our new modern premises in Sliema Malta, where you will be part of the Group’s Business Intelligence team within the Finance department

  • Working closely with the Finance team during the month end closing process

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day analysis of revenue figures, including the extraction of revenue data and communication with clients if and when required
  • Support Finance team and operations in revenue analysis, debt collection process and in negotiations of new contracts
  • Be involved in the revenue recognition process, which forms part of month-end process
  • Perform revenue reconciliations with the aim to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenues
  • Assist Business Controller with monthly reporting to management and product owners
  • Assisting in updating the Group’s account in cases of future M&A projects
