Martin Carlesund
CEO
Born: 1970

Joined the HLM group as CEO in 2009 coming from the position as CEO and President of Eniro Sweden as well as CEO and President of Eniro Finland being the Nordic region’s largest search company. Before that Martin have had multiple CEO and Group management positions in public and private equity companies such as 3L System, Nilörngruppen and TeleMediaNederland B.V., Calmon UK Ltd. Martin holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration combined from Handelshögskolan in Gothenburg and Högskolan in Borås (HIB).
 

Björn Lander
CFO
Born: 1975

Björn Lander joined HLM in 2008 and holds full responsibility for Finance, HR and Legal within the Group. Mr Lander was previously Group controller and Head of Cash Management of Modern Times Group AB (publ) an international broadcasting group with net sales of EUR 1.4bn (2008). Before this he held position as Group controller of Song Networks AB (publ.) and was earlier accounting manager of Icon MediaLab International AB (publ.) and prior to that controller at Metso Paper Group (publ.).

 

Johan Lilja
EVP
Born: 1979

Johan joined HLM in 2009 and holds full P&L responsibility for a majority of the sites within the group. Prior to joining HLM Johan has worked in the media industry since 2004 primarily within television and Internet, both starting online ventures and holding different senior management positions internationally. Johan has a background within Modern Times Group as Business Development Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager (IPTV) and Management Trainee, within Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences as Project Manager and within different online startups as CEO and founder. Johan graduated with a MSc. in Industrial Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology and also holds a MSc. in Economics and Business Administration combined from Stockholm School of Economics and Stockholm University.
